It’s a preloved suite from a very clean and tidy corporate environment - the back and base cushions are removable, washable and in excellent condition - base cushions are non reversible - back cushions are reversible.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all fabric and surfaces have been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠
✅ the fabric has been shampoo cleaned. All our suites and are given a final deep shampoo clean prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Very little general wear and tear, excellent structural condition - there is one stain on the base cushion of the 3 seater (left hand side) which appears to be lifting as we clean it and will be reattempted over the coming days (see walkthrough video) and one small abrasion/hole in the under fabric outlined in the video.
