You are buying an Excellent Condition - Stone Gray Colour - 6 Seater - L Shape Corner Sofa
It’s a pre-loved sofa from a very clean and tidy home environment - base / back cushions have removable / washable covers. The chase cushions for this L Shape is fixed to the right hand side (non reversible)
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠
✅ the fabric has been spot cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final shampoo clean prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Excellent condition with very minimal wear and tear on the frame - no fading - some pulling walked through in the video walkthrough on the decorative side (other than in images) of the back cushions. No holes or tears just some fairly non structural pulling on the pattern.
