It’s a pre-loved sofa from a very clean and tidy office environment - base / back cushions have washable removable covers.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠
✅ the fabric has been deep cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final shampoo clean prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Overall great condition - the under fabric has been replaced as a matter of course in checking the frame - no rips/damage or major stains. Some discolouration noted in the video walkthrough along with some minor fading. General wear and tear (on the minor side and has been tidied up) - feet all stable, excellent structural condition.
