It’s a preloved suite from a very clean and tidy home environment - the back and base cushions are removable, washable and in excellent condition.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all fabric and surfaces have been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠
✅ the fabric has been shampoo cleaned. All our suites and are given a final deep shampoo clean prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠

Very little general wear and tear, excellent structural condition - there is some very minor fading notes on the tops of the cushions - details of this in the video walkthrough.
