It’s a preloved suite from a very clean and tidy corporate environment - the back cushions are removable, washable, reversible and in excellent condition - base cushions are fixed to the frame.

Very little general wear and tear, excellent structural condition - there is some general fading all over and some discolouration in the ottoman shown in the video walkthrough.
