You are buying a Great Condition - Velvet Green Colour - JOHN YOUNG BRANDED - 3 + 1 + 1 Seater Recliner Lounge Suite
It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment - on the 3 seater the back cushions are fixed to the frame and in excellent condition. The base cushions are removable/reversible.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all fabric and surfaces have been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠
✅ the fabric will be shampoo cleaned. All our suites are given a final deep shampoo clean prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Excellent structural condition, some minor wear and fading noted on the tops of cushions across whole set - recliner mechanisms checked and all in good working order - slight right deviation on one of the recliners as outlined in the video. Also outlined in the video where the filling had compressed from being in storage on the arm of the 3 seater, this should dramatically improve over time.
Finally some marks were also noted in the video on the back of the set which may come out once the cleaning process has been completed.
