You are buying a Slate Gray Colour - DESIGNER COLLECTION BRANDED - 5 Seater + Chaise Corner Lounge Suite

It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment - base cushions are removable/reversible and in good condition - back cushions are the same but filled with feather down.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ all fabric and surfaces have been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠

✅ the fabric has been shampoo cleaned. All our suites and are given a final deep shampoo clean prior to delivery 🧼

✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠 - please see notes defects - non structural.

The following have been noted reflected in the price:

Excellent structural condition with solid timber frame and very good legs. The base cushions have shrunken from moisture after the initial clean (which was necessary but resulted in this failing to get completely back y standard. There are some abrasions outlined in the video and discolouration on the frame fabric. Otherwise, a very nice, comfortable corner suite.
