You are buying a GREAT CONDITION 2+3 SEATER RECLINER LOUNGE SUITE
It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment -the base and back cushions are fixed to the frame.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all surfaces have been checked for defects and have been cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite🛠
✅ All suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery 🧼
✅ The frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price- some repairs to be undertaken patching the back corners of the two seater, cosmetic only as outlined in the walkthrough video. Some very minor cosmetic fading on the side and top of two seater. Otherwise excellent condition.
