We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Very little general wear and tear, excellent structural condition internally. Some general fading on the tops and backs of frame also cushions. Notes a few minor fabric abrasions on the left hand arm of the 2.5 seater - detailed in video walkthrough.
