✅ the fabric has been fully shampoo cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final clean prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠

Excellent condition with very minimal wear and tear - base 2 right hand base cushions have had foam replaced and re covered by a specialist. Video walkthrough for full breakdown.
