You are buying a Great Condition - Stone Gray Colour - 2.5 + 2.5 Seater Lounge Suite
It’s a preloved suite from a very clean and tidy corporate environment - the back and base cushions are removable and in great condition.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all fabric and surfaces has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite 🛠
✅ the fabric has been shampoo cleaned. All our suites and are given a final clean prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Fabric on tops of cushions and back of frame has some fading, some minor repairs have been processed (2 patches and one zip replacement) otherwise great condition.
