We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is: V all surfaces have been checked for defects and cleaned While maintaining the integrity of the suite f V the fabric has been spot cleaned. All our suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! The following have been noted reflected in the price: Excellent condition structurally, some general wear but otherwise great. Detailed in video walkthrough in more detail - some leather restoration could be done at some point on the armchair (paint has lifted) but this is cosmetic only.
