You are buying a Good Condition - Woodland Brown Leather Look - 5 seater Corner lounge Suite with Chaise
It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment - Base and back cushions are removable and in excellent condition.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all surfaces have been checked for defects and will be cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite🛠
✅ the fabric will be deep cleaned. All our suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Some wear on the top of cushions outlined in the walkthrough video - also on the arm the vinyl has begun to lift which we will supply an arm roll to conceal, there is also some lifting into he front arm both can be sealed off with silicone prior to delivery as discussed in the video.
Set has some general wear but otherwise excellent structural condition.
