You are buying a Great Condition - Stone Gray Colour - 3 + 2 Seater Lounge Suite

It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment - base and back cushions are fixed to the frame and in great condition.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ all fabric and surfaces have been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠 

✅ the fabric has been shampoo cleaned. All our suites are given a final clean (at least dry clean) prior to delivery 🧼

✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠 

The following have been noted reflected in the price:

Pulling has been recovered and after a deep clean the colour has come out very nicely on this set. The under covers have been replaced as a matter of course and a strap has been repaired internally on the 3 seater as mentioned in the walkthrough video (this was the cause of the foam beginning to shift in the center base cushion which has been remedied.
