It’s a pre-loved sofa from a very clean and tidy home environment - the base/back cushions are removable/reversible and in excellent structural condition.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠 

✅ the fabric will be deep cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final clean/conditioning prior to delivery 🧼

✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠 

The following have been noted reflected in the price:

Overall good structural condition - some general wear as described in the walkthrough video and a couple of minor repairs will be conducted prior to delivery. will have final clean Scheduled for the next few days.
