We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all surfaces have been checked for defects and have been cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite🛠
✅ All suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery 🧼
✅ The frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price -Some cosmetic fading on the back of the sets and arms but otherwise excellent structural condition. Some minor repair jobs as outlined in the walkthrough video to be completed.
