It’s a preloved suite from a very clean and tidy corporate environment - the back and base cushions are all fixed to the frame and in great condition.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ all leather, mechanisms and surfaces has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite 🛠

✅ the leather has been conditioned and will be deep cleaned ready for the new owner. All our suites and are given a final clean prior to delivery 🧼

✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠

The following have been noted reflected in the price:

Other than very minor and general wear set is I. Great condition. Mechanisms have been cleaned out and vacuumed/checked - all n good working order. Some fabric on the inside of the modular sections (3 Seater) have had fabric patched and replaced - cosmetic only repair. Some scuffs as to be expected - please see walkthrough for detailed breakdown.
