We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all surfaces have been checked for defects and have been cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite🛠
✅ All suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery 🧼
✅ The frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price - set has some general wear characteristic of leather nothing too significant however, this will be cleaned thoroughly prior to delivery we should bring colour up even better.
Some minor wear between cushions on the corner segments as outlined in the walk-through video otherwise excellent condition
