You are buying a Great Condition - Chocolate Textured Colour -MOBILIER BRANDED (Danske Mobilier) - 2 + 3 Seater Lounge Suite
It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment - Base and back cushions are removable / reversible and all in good used condition.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all surfaces have been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite🛠
✅ the fabric has been spot cleaned. All our suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Great condition structurally, some general wear and minimal fading. There is a tear in the under cushion fabric which will be patched prior to delivery. Frame is still to still undergo cleaning process. There are some defects notes on 2 of the cushion where a hair straightener has been left - this sadly cannot be cleaned out.
