You are buying a Great Condition - Cream Colour - LIXURY BRANDED “CAMERICH” - 3 Seater Sofa with Chaise
It’s a pre-loved sofa from a very clean and tidy home environment - the base and back cushions are removable and in great condition.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠
✅ the fabric has been deep cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final clean/conditioning prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Overall good condition - some general wear as expected for a second piece. There is a detailed breakdown of the work being carried out in the walkthrough video and also some of the defects(mainly some staining on base cushions). One mentionable which didn’t make the video is a zipper on one of the back cushions is being replaced and will need to be completed prior to delivery (this is a relatively minor job)
