It’s a pre-loved sofa from a very clean and tidy home environment - the base and back cushions are removable and reversible and in great condition.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠

✅ the fabric has been deep cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final clean/conditioning prior to delivery 🧼

✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠

The following have been noted reflected in the price:

Overall good condition - some general wear as expected for a second piece. There is a detailed breakdown of the work carried out in the walkthrough video and also some of the defects that have been repaired. Namely, one small
Hole has been sealed off and a minor tear in the back cushion fabric has been repaired too.

Minimal fading on the cushions.
