You are buying an Excelent Condition - Modern Gray Colour - 5 seater modular Corner with Ottoman
It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment - Base and back cushions are removable/reversible and all in excellent condition.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all surfaces have been checked for defects and will be cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite🛠
✅ the fabric will be deep cleaned. All our suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price: Excellent structural condition, some general wear and fading as outlined in the walkthrough video. Also noted some fading but nothing too significant.
