You are buying an Excellent Condition - Woodland Brown Colour Suedelook - HARVEY NORMAN BRANDED - 3 + 3 Seater Lounge Suite

It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment - base and back cushions are removable / reversible and all in excellent condition.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ all surfaces have been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite🛠

✅ the fabric has been spot cleaned. All our suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery 🧼

✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠

The following have been noted reflected in the price:

Structurally excellent condition - Final 25 point check passed in all areas, no rips tears or holes - some general wear and minor discolouration in the arms. structural repair job was carried out successfully, internal wall of arms had begun to collapse, these have been replaced with new inner walls , glued stapled and re-used the original foam as it was in good condition as outlined in the video walkthrough.
