It’s a pre-loved sofa from a very clean and tidy home environment - the base and back cushions are removable (Back with Zips) and in excellent structural condition.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠

✅ the fabric has been deep cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final clean/conditioning prior to delivery 🧼

✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠

The following have been noted reflected in the price:

Overall excellent condition - some minor general wear otherwise near new condition - passed 25 point check with flying colours. One button has been replaced on the back cushions with a perfect Warwick fabric colour match as per video description - some minor fraying on the seam of base cushion to be repaired prior to delivery (sealant)
