It’s a preloved suite from a clean and tidy home environment - Back and base cushions are removable/reversible and in excellent condition.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all surfaces have been checked for defects and will be cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the suite🛠
✅ the fabric has been deep cleaned. All our suites are also given a final clean (at least dry) prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Excellent structural condition, no rips or marks cleaned up very nicely. Only noteworthy defect outlined in the walkthrough video is some minor fading on the top and sides of the set.
