We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ the fabric will be shampoo cleaned. All our suites are given a final clean (at least dry clean) prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound and functional ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Sturcurually in excellent near new condition - some pulling/pilling has been cleaned up and there is some very minor general wear and some minor fading in the arms. Some marks will be lifted in the final clean as mentioned in the walkthrough video
