It’s a pre-loved suite from a very clean and tidy home environment - back and base cushions have removable / reversible / washable covers.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠

✅ the fabric has been fully shampoo cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final clean prior to delivery 🧼

✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠

The following have been noted reflected in the price:

No major or noteworthy rips or stains etc, some minor fading mainly on the back cushions and top of piece. Overall this is in great condition.
