It’s a pre-loved suite from a very clean and tidy home environment - back and base cushions have removable / washable covers. Back cushions are also reversible.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠
✅ the fabric has been fully shampoo cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final clean prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
No major structural defects but some minor ones which were noteworthy. Other than some very minor wear, this piece has 2 small non structural holes, one on the left hand arm and the other on the right hand seat cushion. There are also 2 very small holes in the under fabric outlined in the walkthrough video.
