It’s a pre-loved suite from a very clean and tidy home environment - back and base cushions have removable/ reversible / washable covers.

We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:

✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠

✅ the fabric will be fully shampoo cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final clean prior to delivery 🧼

✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠

No major structural defects. Excellent condition with very minimal wear and tear - some marks to be removed during the deep cleaning process.
