It’s a pre-loved sofa from a very clean and tidy home environment - the base, side and back cushions are removable and reversible and in great condition. The chaise cushion section is fixed to the frame.
We have reviewed this piece and brought it up to standard where appropriate. What that means is:
✅ all fabric has been checked for defects and cleaned while maintaining the integrity of the fabric 🛠
✅ the fabric has been deep cleaned ready for the new owner, and will be given a final clean/conditioning prior to delivery 🧼
✅ the frame has been checked for any defects and found to be structurally sound ready for the new owners to enjoy for many years to come! 🛠
The following have been noted reflected in the price:
Overall good condition - some general wear as expected for a second had suits, one zip repair job to be carried out still on the base cushion and some tidying up of pulled threads. Otherwise excellent condition, no fading.
