You are buying a beautiful, fully restored vintage Queen Anne style dressing chair.
This piece will be near one of a kind having been reupholstered by Wheeler & Co in an original cut of the gold brocade upholstery which came fresh off the roll - the amazing thing about this fabric is it is an original, not imitation so you may see pictures of it but it’s very unlikely you’ll get fabric of this quality anywhere else.
The legs and frame have been carefully sanded back several times to bare timber, given a natural coloured oil followed by a clear coat varnish to protect it for decades to come.
